Once the preferred partners have been selected, we will establish contact with appropriate companies at the highest level and when qualified, make the introduction. Our team will create a market to establish the premium valuation, manage the negotiation process and complete the transaction smoothly.


The process consists of seven main activities:

  1. Preparation of Information Memorandum
    We work with you to prepare a confidential business review for presentation to potential buyers or investors.
     
  2. Identification of Potential Partners
    Using our knowledge of the market and our proprietary databases, a short-list of suitable partners is drawn up and discussed prior to approaches being initiated.
     
  3. Confidentiality
    Safeguarding the confidentiality of the process is a high priority. Potential partners are initially approached with anonymous, summary information only. If serious interest is expressed, a Non-Disclosure Agreement must be executed before the potential partners learns the identity of the company for sale and receives any confidential information.
     
  4. Arranging Introductions
    We make introductions to a suitable number of companies and enter into detailed discussions with one or more interested parties.
     
  5. Managing Negotiations
    We advise on the merits of various proposals and provide continuing assistance on the optimum structure of the agreement.
     
  6. Co-ordination of Information Requests
    We coordinate the assembly of the due diligence information, both to speed up the final phases of the transaction and to eliminate any problems in advance.
     
  7. Management of the Contract Process
    We work closely with your legal advisors to formulate the relevant Purchase and Sale agreement and conclude a satisfactory transaction.
