International Scope
Regent operates throughout the world. Based in the UK (in Windsor and London) we are able to work with clients in any location. Our international capability is proven. We have now completed transactions in over 25 countries with the majority of our deals being cross-border.

Regent has worked with thousands of companies ranging from start-up businesses through to major corporations such as AT&T, Atos Origin, Deutsche Telekom, Dow Jones, EDS, Experian, France Telecom, Fujitsu, Hutchison Wampoa, IBM, Sage, Siemens, and TietoEnator. In addition, we have represented many of the major venture capital and private equity investors at various times.
Employees
The Regent family consists of some 40 professionals. About half are executives involved in managing the transaction process. Each has the necessary experience and expertise in our specific industry sectors.
Research
Regent has a dedicated research department, which is focused on supporting the assignment process. In addition, it tracks all technology acquisitions in Europe to provide the most comprehensive database on deal activity and valuation ingredients. As a company we also enjoy a close relationship with International Data Corporation (IDC).
Track Record
Regent has concluded some 500 assignments. Over 50% of all of our transactions are cross-border. Our reputation is one of success based on the opportunities we have created for our clients. We enjoy a good level of repeat business from our corporate clients.
