Amtech, the leading business services software and solutions group, has acquired TSI Luckins, it has been revealed.
TSI, a data services and pricing information company, will join the Amtech Power software, estimation and national engineering specification brands already found in the group.
According to Mark Tindal, managing director of the Tindall group, the purchase will open the door for the integration of pioneering technologies across the software products it now owns.
He said: "We are all very excited about the future. Amtech has a history of innovative product development and leveraging the power of new technologies to deliver real, practical solutions."
The acquisition of TSI Luckins will also help the group maintain its competitive edge in the field of data solutions, he added.
Financial details of the purchase have not been disclosed.
TSI Luckins counts 45 of the top 50 UK mechanical and electrical firms among the users of its software packages.
