Software and IT firms Tribridge and Navint Consulting have merged, to form one privately-held company which will be known as Tribridge.
"Both Tribridge and Navint just completed record years of revenue, profitability and customer growth, which made it the perfect opportunity to join forces and capture the leadership position in the IT services industry," explains Tony DiBenedetto, Tribridge chairman and chief executive officer.
Following the merger, the new firm will be able to provide a "comprehensive range of IT services" to firms in virtually every sector, he adds.
It will also be able to help customers use their investment in IT to reduce costs and increase efficiency, Mr DiBenedetto explains.
Services and products offered by the new firm include custom application development, managed services and IT security.
Tribridge was named 2008 Worldwide Microsoft Dynamics Partner of the Year and boasts a 100 per cent "go live" rate since its beginnings more than ten years ago.
Founded in 1991, Navint now employs more than 100 professionals.
