Modereti - a subsidiary of Bellrock Media - has launched its Digital Entertainment Studio in San Francisco, California.
The digital media environment offers original programming opportunities for marketers and programming outlets in the United States and Japan.
Work is already underway at the studio, with projects for household names like Toshiba, Coca-Cola and Panasonic as well as a reality show for the actor Ashton Kutcher.
The division will be led by Jon Vlassopulos, formerly the head of programming and business development for Revision3.
Speaking on the launch, Mr Vlassopulos states: "As platforms continue to bleed together, we are well positioned to create original programming and digital storytelling experiences that consumers and brands can get excited by.
"We're thrilled to offer new marketing opportunities to our partners by turning ad dollars into content."
Moderati specialises in delivering content through the mobile phone platform.
Parent company Bellrock is a mobile and broadband entertainment specialist, working in the Japanese and US markets.
