Intelligent Discovery Solutions (iDS) has acquired iFramework, a litigation support software.

The move follows comments from iDS' corporate and law firm clients who say thay project management is their greatest concern, explains chief executive officer Dan Regard.

He adds that iFramework meets that need and complements the existing iDS services.

"Better yet, it is a technology that we can train, or that they can modify themselves," Mr Regard continues.

The iFramework technology provides litigation support teams with tools specifically customised for the execution of electronic discovery projects.

President John Rowley says the acquisition will increase capacity to deliver more innovative and client-focused tools.

Founded in 2008 by Mr Regard and Neal Lawson, iDS focuses on electronic discovery advisory services for risk mitigation, cost containment and corporations facing things such as dispute resolution and compliance challenges.

Its core services are discovery advisory, analytics, managed discovery, expert testimony and computer forensics.ADNFCR-1833-ID-19071056-ADNFCR
