Compliance Systems Corporation has completed the acquisition of behavioural assessment software provider Execuserve, which created the Hire-IntelligenceT and Hire-ChoiceT platforms.
According to Compliance Systems, the acquisition strengthens the company's position in providing a vertically-integrated software suite by offering a new program that conducts assessments of prospective job seekers.
The acquisition has also prompted Compliance Systems to change its organisational structure to accommodate the Execuserve subsidiary.
Dean Garfunkel, chairman and chief executive officer of Compliance Systems, said that the deal represents a milestone in achieving the firm's goal of becoming the foremost end-to-end call centre solution provider.
"We anticipate the combined resources, talent and track record of Call Compliance and Execuserve create a platform for accelerated innovation, expanded service and support," he added.
Earlier this month, integrated banking software firm BMA announced the availability of dynamic deposit documents through the DepositRite product, which leverages the documentation system of partner company Compliance Systems.
