Joe has over 14 years experience in commerce and investment banking. In the last six years he has specialised in advising and raising capital in London, Paris and Milan with particular emphasis on Project Finance (including Telecommunication Projects) and

Corporate Finance (IPOs, M&A and Private Equity) assignments for both large corporates and SMEs. Prior to this period, Joe worked in Sydney.
Joe has worked for major financial institutions and corporate finance firms such as Babcock & Brown, PricewaterhouseCoopers, AIDC and Lend Lease Corporation.

He is an Associate of the Securities Institute of Australia and a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Economics and Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Sydney. He is bilingual in English and Italian.
