Mads is an experienced adviser for mergers & acquisitions in the technology sector, having advised on a large number of transactions within IT services, consulting and information services. He was previously an executive at Broadview’s London office, where he was responsible for numerous transactions in software, e-commerce and media. Mads’ prior experience also includes five years of consulting in Germany and Sweden, most recently with American Management Systems (now part of CGI), an international business and IT consulting firm, where he was a senior business consultant.  Mads has a Bachelors and Masters degree in Engineering from the University of Toronto, an MBA from INSEAD, and he is fluent in English, German, Danish and Swedish.
