Mandip is an experienced corporate finance professional, having advised on a number of successful transactions at Regent. Recent deals include the sale of APAK Group, a provider of software and services to the financial services sector, to Sword Group, the MBO of 4Projects, a SaaS project collaboration software provider, backed by August Private Equity, the sale of CSF Group, an infrastructure solutions specialist, to Logicalis, the sale of IS Integration, a business solutions testing consultancy, to AppLabs Technologies, the sale of Azur Group, an ERP systems integrator, to Maxima, the sale of Imago, an IT consultancy, to Microgen, and the acquisition of British Telecom's Apollo Call Centre on behalf of HCL Technologies.
Mandip joined Regent in 2001 from KPMG Transaction Services where he worked on a number of high profile transactions including acquisitions and demergers. Prior to this he spent four years working in KPMG's Assurance practice, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant and gaining valuable experience of the IT sector. Mandip holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Birmingham. |
