Pradip is an experienced mergers and acquisitions executive within the technology sector. He has been responsible for a wide range of advisory work since joining Regent. His M&A experience includes

• the sale of Axart Ltd, a UK private telecommunications services company, to TTI Telecom International, a Nasdaq listed company;
• the acquisition of British Telecoms Apollo Call Centre business in Northern Ireland on behalf of HCL Technologies Ltd, a listed multinational corporation;
• the sale of Elan Technologies Plc., a healthcare software and services company, to Capula Ltd;
• the sale of Global Software Services Ltd, a UK company with offshore operations in India, to Sword Group, a French listed company
• the Sale of Talisman Software S.A to Vedior. Headquartered in Neuchtel, Switzerland, Talisman provides resource solutions in SAP, web and eCommerce related projects globally from a network of offices in Switzerland, Germany Netherlands, and the UK.
• Pradip has raised expansion funding for Kelway Ltd, a reseller of hardware and software, through a partial sale to Core Capital, a UK based venture capital firm.
• Very recently Pradip completed the acquisition of Logan Orviss International, a Monte Carlo based Telecommunications Services Company, on behalf of Patni Computer Systems Ltd, a listed multinational Corporation;
• the sale of Centia and AKS, both pan European distributors of Network infrastructure products, to DNSint.com AG, part of the Arrow Group, a listed US company,
• and the sale of Data Technology Group Plc, a CRM, ERP and Business Intelligence services company to Innovise Plc.

Pradip, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, served as chief financial officer within a number of large European and US multinational IT corporations, generally with financial responsibility for operations throughout Europe. He has worked for EDS, International Data Corporation, Science Applications International Corporation and Equant Integration Services.
