Confidentiality |

Safeguarding the confidentiality of the
process is a high priority. Potential acquirers are initially approached
with anonymous, summary information only. If serious interest is expressed,
a Non-Disclosure Agreement must be executed before the potential acquirer
learns the identity of the company for sale and receives any further
confidential information. |
