Robert is a senior investment banker, with a vast experience of both public and private corporate finance transactions. At Regent he has been responsible for a wide range of assignments, including the disposal for Bull of Cara Group of Ireland, the sale of KPOS (retail solutions) to Torex, the £56m public takeover of AttentiV plc (financial services solutions) for Tieto of Finland and the sales of ROOM Solutions (insurance market solutions) to NIIT of India, RTE (specialised applications) to Sword of France and Investmaster (investment management software) to e-Burns Commerce. Robert lead the Regent team responsible for the £62m disposal for Hutchison Whampoa of its UK fibre network subsidiary, Geo, to Alchemy Partners. Most recently he advised on the sale of SiRViS IT (mission-critical IT systems support) to Esteem Group.
Robert joined Regent in 2000 as a Director, after working in the corporate finance departments of Deutsche Morgan Grenfell and JP Morgan Fleming on a wealth of mergers and acquisition and fund raising assignments. Robert has a degree in Mathematics and Law from Cambridge, is a Chartered Accountant and has an MBA from INSEAD in France
