Mr. Brown is an Associate at Fairmount Partners. He is responsible for providing merger & acquisition, financing and strategic advisory services to middle-market, emerging-growth companies across a variety of industries including enterprise software, IT services, HR services, healthcare and manufacturing. Mr. Brown joined Fairmount as an Analyst in October of 2005.
Prior to joining Fairmount, Mr. Brown spent five years as Vice President of Operations for the QuoteScout Corporation, an online technology development and insurance marketing services firm.
Mr. Brown earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia in Economics.
